Here are some special Winter Feet care tips–
- During bathing, clean your feet thoroughly with regular pumice stone or ankle rubbing stones or dust and soap. Then massage into the ankles with moisturizer, hillguard cream or body oil.
- Coconut oil, sesame oil or almond oil are very good to keep the ankles healthy. Mustard oil can also be used. You can also use a foot scrubber or foot mask.
- Domestic ingredients for the ankles, such as lemon, turmeric, yogurt, milk cream, gram flour, etc. are very effective.
- Soak half a teaspoon of coconut oil and a pinch of salt in a pot of warm water at home for 8 to 10 minutes. You can dip your feet in this water. Or you can massage the mixture on the feet. After performing any of the procedures, rub the ankles and feet well with a pumice stone. Then wash your feet well in hot water.
- When dirt accumulates on the cracked part of the foot, mix two or three teaspoons of rice husk with one tablespoon of honey and vinegar to make a thick paste and apply it on the feet. After rubbing lightly for a while, wash your feet. This will remove the dead cells of the ankle, dust and dirt.
