Dairy foods:

Mayonnaise:

Mayonnaise is now served in most fast foods. It contains histamine. Eating large amounts of these histamine-rich foods also increases the amount of mucus in the body and increases the risk of throat infections. If possible, it should be avoided.

Outdoor food:

No matter how good the outside grill is, the omega-6 fatty acids in the grilled grill also increase the amount of saliva and mucus in the body. If desired, the baby can be fed something fried in white oil at home from time to time.

Chocolate:

There is nothing wrong with a little bit of chocolate. But lozenges are never. Excessive amounts of sweets weaken the immune system by lowering the body’s white blood cells. Besides, cold drinks and high refined breakfast cereals should not be given.
