Cucumber soup recipe

Materials:

  • One bowl of curd,
  • Four cucumbers,
  • Two-three spoons of anise,
  • One cup of water
  • One spoon of lemon juice.

Method:

Peel a squash, grate it and make a paste. Then add yoghurt, anise, water and lemon juice. Blend everything once again. When the mixture becomes too thick you can take water again to dilute as needed. Nowadays, brown bread is kept in everyone’s home fridge to lose weight. Take two slices of that bread and cut both sides with a knife.

Pour a little olive oil into the pan. Now fry two pieces of bread in it. When it is fried, take it down and pour the cucumber soup on top. It doesn’t take anything else. You can keep onions or tomatoes for garnish or for eating. This soup can be eaten from somewhere or as a tiffin in the afternoon or afternoon. As the weight decreases, the body will remain fresh.
