Know how Coriander leaves reduce diabetes

Coriander leaves are favorite of many people. From chutney to curry, this coriander helps to keep the body healthy as it enhances the taste in everything. Coriander leaves are also very effective for diabetics. According to the Florida Research Institute, coriander leaves or its seeds help lower blood sugar levels. As a result, diabetes is also under control. Coriander seeds contain ethanol, which helps reduce blood sugar levels. It increases the level of insulin secretion from the beta cells of the pancreas. Moreover, coriander leaves also help to increase digestion.

Dietary rules for diabetics-

Method 1:

In a frying pan, heat one teaspoon coriander seeds and half a teaspoon cumin seeds over medium heat. Mix one teaspoon of poppy seeds and honey in it. Then cool it to room temperature and leave it overnight, then drink it.

Method 2:

First heat one teaspoon of gram dal, 3 dried chillies, 3 teaspoons of coriander seeds in a pot. Then remove it and mix well with onion and tomato. Once the mixture has cooled, mix well with the coriander powder in a blender. Mix one teaspoon of molasses and one teaspoon of tamarind in it. Make chutney with water and salt. Heat oil in another pan and fry a little mustard seeds and curry leaves. Then garnish with chutney.

Method 3:

Heat one teaspoon of ghee in a pan. Fry it well with coriander powder. You can also give a little butter in it. Then grind a few pieces of cashew nuts and wood nuts into small pieces. Then you can make Panjiri by mixing coconut curry and dry fruits in this mixture.

Experts say that any of these three recipes will help reduce diabetes.
