Materials:

Method:

Wash and clean the meat and boil it with ginger paste, garlic paste, a little water and salt. Take it out of the fridge, dip it in beaten eggs in different shapes as desired, roll it in biscuit powder and put it in the fridge again. Deep fry in oil before serving.

Tropical Chicken Salad:

Materials:

Quantity of chicken meat, 4 tablespoons of ginger paste, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of coconut curry, 3 tablespoons of cumin powder, 3 cloves, 1 mango cut into cubes, 1 quantity of honey.

Method

In a nonstick frying pan, fry the coconut kora for 2 to 3 minutes and mix all the spices together with the coconut kora and lemon juice. Stir in the small pieces of chicken again. Heat oil in a pan and cover with chicken and spices. When the meat is cooked, shake it with honey and cover it again. Now add lemon juice to it. Once the meat is boiled and the water is dry, pour it into a serving bowl and serve with chopped mango pieces.

Chicken Lollipop:

Materials:

1 cup chicken mince, 4 slices of bread, 2 eggs, half amount of salt, half teaspoon of ginger, black pepper and soy sauce; Quantity of oil and biscuit powder, 1 teaspoon of cornflower.

Method:

Soak the bread slices in water with the chicken mince and squeeze the chips. Then add half egg, ginger, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, salt, cornflower. Dip eggs in desired shape and fry with biscuit powder.

Now decorate and serve nicely.
