Bellpapers: You can eat belpapers in salads or sandwiches. Bellpaper is a great food for weight loss. Colored vegetables are low in calories and contain fat-reducing ingredients. It is full of vitamin C, which helps to reduce belly fat and keep your mood cheerful.

Carrots: Carrots are another vegetable that is effective in reducing weight. It is a low calorie food. It is high in fiber and beta carotene. These vegetables can be put in the diet in different ways. You can eat carrot juice, salad or smoothie. These vegetables help in the excretion of bile, consequently cut fats and help in weight loss.
