Sunburn Instant Relief at home | Treat sunburn naturally

The scorching sun not only dehydrates our body but also makes our skin rough and dry. The sun’s UV rays cause the skin to become tan and pores to form. Tanning results in premature loss of youth from the skin. This tan causes a lot of damage to the hands and feet as well as the face. However, it is possible to get rid of sun tan if you take care of some things at home.

Yogurt:

Yogurt contains probiotics that act as a skin moisturizer. Yellow on the other hand brightens the skin tone. Take one tablespoon of raw turmeric powder in a bowl with yoghurt. Then mix together and apply where tanned. Rinse with water after 20 minutes.

Lemon juice:

The vitamin C in lemons protects skin cells from ultraviolet rays. Mix lemon juice in a bowl of lukewarm water and soak your hands for 15 minutes. Then wash your hands with cold water. Dry hands must be moisturized because lemon juice contains acid which can cause your skin to become dry.

Almond:

The vitamins in almonds keep the skin healthy. Soak 5 to 6 almonds in water overnight. Then in the morning, blend the almonds with milk. Apply the paste overnight and wash your face with clean water in the morning.

Sandalwood:

Mix 2 teaspoons of sandal powder and turmeric powder well and mix two to three drops of rose water. Then apply the paste on the face or hand and wait for 30 minutes. Rinse with clean water. This paste will help to restore the texture and tone of the skin that was damaged by sunburn.

Aloe vera gel:

Aloe vera gel contains antioxidants that protect the skin from damage. Instead of market gel, apply fresh gel from aloe vera leaves on the affected area. Leave it overnight and wash it off with water in the morning.

Cucumber:

The vitamins in cucumber keep the skin fresh and help restore the glow of the skin. Mix a few drops of lemon juice with cucumber juice and apply on the tanned part. Wash off after 30 minutes.
