A man in Mumbai, India, ordered a mouthwash on Amazon. But he was given a smartphone. This information was given in the report of NDTV online on Saturday.
The name of the person who got the ‘smartphone’ by ordering ‘Mouthwash’ is Lokesh Daga. He is the co-founder of a Mumbai-based travel luggage company.
Lokesh said that his name was written on the packet that came. But the thing inside the packet is not his. He ordered ‘Mouthwash’ on Amazon India. He has been given a smartphone instead.
Lokesh said Amazon mistakenly gave him the Redmi Note 10. He informed Amazon by e-mail to give the smartphone to the real owner.
However, Lokesh could not return the product due to the company’s return policy. Because, ‘mouthwash’ is a consumer product. Amazon does not take back consumer goods.
Lokesh tweeted about this. His tweet sparked widespread discussion. Others have made all sorts of funny comments in response to Lokesh’s tweet.
One wrote, he needs a phone. So let him be given this phone. In return he will give two mouthwashes.
Another wrote, who ordered the smartphone, what is his condition? Maybe he got mouthwash.
