How to Cook Salted Fried Chicken

Materials

1 chicken (weighing 1.5 kg), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of adabata, 2 teaspoons of garlic, 1 tablespoon of chilli powder, 2 teaspoons of black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 chicken powder -Spoon, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 cups of flour or as needed, sugar to taste, cold water, oil for frying and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Method

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Wash once and leave it for 20-25 minutes with 2 teaspoons of salt. Then rinse well and drain the water. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except flour and oil together with the meat and leave for 3-4 hours. In a dry bowl, take the flour and mix 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, a little salt, sugar and baking powder. Put cold water in a bowl. Roll each piece of chicken gently in flour, dip it in water and roll it well again. Heat oil in the oven and deep fry in oil. Drain and fry until golden in color. Arrange in a serving bowl and serve with the sauce.
