The main cause of body weakness

Many of us sometimes say – I do not feel well, the mind is not sitting at work, the body is feeling mad, it feels useless, tired, sleep more, it is difficult to wake up, work does not speed up, etc .. These are signs of weakness. This weakness can also be a symptom of a major disease.

Although there are many causes of weakness, the main causes of weakness in our country are – anemia, lack of meat, chronic diarrhea, diabetes, chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, prostate cancer, thyroid disease, chronic heart failure, etc.

Anemia: Anemia is caused by worms, excessive bleeding in women, hemorrhoids, chronic diseases, vitamin deficiencies, bone marrow diseases and low hemoglobin levels in the blood from birth. One of the causes of weakness is anemia. Pay attention to its treatment as well as food.

Lack of non-vegetarian food: Lack of non-vegetarian food can cause symptoms like swelling of hands, mouth, swelling of ankles, watery stomach, increasing weakness and so on. Chicken, cheese, eggs, various green leafy vegetables make up for the lack of meat.

Chronic diarrhea: The main constituents of our diet – meat, sugars, water, vitamins, various types of salt, iron, zinc, etc. are absorbed by the small intestine at different stages. If at any stage of this absorption the small intestine becomes incapacitated or weak then there is frequent thin stools. Weakness of the body occurs when the main items of food are excreted in the stool. During this time you have to eat saline again and again.

Chronic liver disease: Alcoholism and jaundice cause liver disease. Symptoms include dizziness, vomiting, regular fatigue, and swelling of the legs and feet. Weakness of this disease can be overcome by giving up alcohol and eating meat, sugar and vitamins.

Chronic kidney disease: The main function of the kidneys is to flush out toxins and wastes from the body through urine. In chronic kidney disease, toxins and waste products cannot be excreted in sufficient quantity through urine. Then the symptoms of fatigue or weakness appear. In this case you need to seek medical help.

Chronic heart failure: Coronary artery disease, hypertension and various types of heart valve disease. In this condition, the patient will get short of breath in the beginning with a little effort. In later stages, swelling of the liver, watery feet, watery stomach and weakness may be the main symptoms. Get treatment by a specialist.

Diabetes: Diabetes is one of the major causes of weakness. Weakness occurs when sugar is excreted with urine. Eating moderate sugar will keep blood sugar normal and sugar will not go in the urine. Diabetes causes complications in the heart, kidneys and eyesight. Live a regular life and exercise.

Thyroid Disease: In front of our throat, just below the skin, there is a gland which is almost invisible from outside. Its name is thyroid gland. Iodine in food and water is the main source of thyroid hormone. Deficiency of this hormone can lead to thyroid disease. This disease can cause swelling of the body with weakness. These diseases are easier to detect by testing the blood for thyroid hormones.
