REAL reasons why you feel hungry even after eating

Do you feel hungry all the time despite eating regularly? If so, there is a reason behind it. It is normal for us to feel hungry, but if we feel hungry an hour after lunch or after dinner, it is a matter of concern.

There is a lot of noise in the stomach when you feel hungry. At the same time the mood also becomes irritable, causing headaches. But if you feel hungry all the time, it is not normal. And if you are on a diet to lose weight, this appetite will create more complex problems.

There are three main reasons for frequent starvation. Let’s find out.

Lack of protein in the diet:

Protein foods provide nutrients to the body as well as keep the stomach full for a long time. Protein stimulates a hormone called leptin which reduces appetite. So if you suffer from that problem, add enough protein to your diet.

High protein foods include eggs, tuna fish, lentils, almond butter, pulses, tofu, sour yogurt, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds and shrimp.

Sleep deprivation:

Not getting enough sleep can ruin your health. Adequate sleep is required for proper functioning of the body. When the body is not rested, the body produces a hormone called ghrelin which increases appetite. A healthy and mature person needs at least seven to nine hours of sleep.

Lack of fat and fiber in the diet:

Fat and fiber increase the amount of leptin by reducing the amount of ghrelin in the body. If there is no fat and fiber in the food list, you often feel hungry. Fat and fiber slow down the digestion process which helps to keep the stomach full for a long time.

Put nuts, olive oil, bean sprouts, avocado, berry, broccoli, dry fruits, popcorn, apple, flax seeds on the menu.

Remember to eat well as well as sleep at night is very important to stay healthy.
