Chest pain and discomfort are one of the symptoms of a heart attack. According to the American Heart Association, a person may experience uncomfortable pressure, pain in the chest, and this pressure may last for some time. In that case you need to consult a doctor immediately.

Jaw:

Jaw pain is more than just muscle pain or toothache. In women in particular, pain in the jaw on the left side of the mouth can be a common symptom of a heart attack. If you experience jaw pain with chest discomfort, shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, consult a doctor immediately.

Neck pain:

Heart attack is a medical problem caused by obstruction in blood flow. A heart attack occurs when the blood flow to the heart suddenly stops due to some obstruction. And if that happens, the pain from the chest spreads all over the body. However, excessive stress can also cause neck pain.

Shoulder pain:

While chest, neck, back, and jaw pain can be a sign of a heart attack, shoulder pain is one of the symptoms. If you feel a sharp pain in your shoulder, especially if it spreads from your chest to the left jaw, arm or neck, you need to seek medical attention immediately.

Left arm pain:

A heart attack is caused by a blockage in the blood flow to the heart muscle. This can cause pain in your left arm. Although mild pain in the left arm may be a sign of aging, sudden abnormal pain may be an early sign of a heart attack. For this you need to see a doctor immediately.

If a person has a heart attack or cardiac arrest, CPR should be given immediately. With that you have to start treatment at the next hospital.
