How to Stay Fit After Age Sixty

Age is just a number. It is possible to stay healthy and fit at any age. And fitness experts say to keep a good mind. They are claiming that if the mind is good then the body will also be good. With age, most people suffer from depression. These frustrations must be removed from the mind first, then it is possible to stay fit.

1) You can’t wake up too late. Get up early in the morning and take a short walk. If you do not want to go out, do light exercise on the roof.

2) Listen to the song, it will be good. You can choose your favorite song of your youth. It will make you feel young in nostalgia.

3) Reduce the intake of oily, salty, spicy foods. Put vegetables and fruits on the food list instead. Absolutely do not eat red meat.

4) Do not spend lot time on Mobile phone. Like the children of this generation, nowadays adults also spend all day with mobile phones. Avoid this habit first. Instead, read books, watch movies, or spend time with a pet.

5) Gardening. Experts say that gardening is good for the mind.

6) Get a medical checkup at least once a month. Check if your blood sugar and blood pressure are under control. Don’t stay up late, but try to go to bed early at night.
