Eligibility
Follow the below steps for applying the scholarship-
- The age limit for Master programme, advanced masters and training candidate is 35 years 40 years, and 45 years respectively.
- The candidates who are employed in academic institutions, research institutes, governments, social economy or NGO’s get high priority. Also candidates employed in other sectors or newly graduated candidates without any work experience can be eligible for the scholarship.
- The training candidate must have relevant professional experience.
Finance
- For a training programme daily allowance, accommodation cost, insurance, international travel allowance, tuition fee and also other payments.
- For a Master programme monthly allowance, accommodation allowance, family allowance, Several one-time payments, Insurance, international travel cost and tuition fee.

Applicants from 31 eligible countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America
Opening and closing date
A call for scholarship applications is launched every year in October. The deadline depends on the training or Master programme you are applying for.
