Italy’s southeast coast which is the pristine beaches, especially Santa Maria di Leuca, are only a 15-minute drive away from Presice. Soon, an application form will be posted by the officials of councilor on the Town Hall website.
But the condition is that those who will buy a house in the city, their age should be less than 40 years. Business should be started in the city to boost the economy there. Also, the house you buy should be built before 1991.
The money to buy the house from the prosecution will be paid in two installments. The first installment will be given at the time of purchase of the house and the last installment will be given in case any repair work is required in the house.
In 2019, the two cities named Presicce and Aquarica were added together. This plan is made to improve the financial situation of the cities. The total population of the two cities is only 9000.

The city flourished during the Renaissance. Later the town became known for its trade in wine, cheese and cattle along with demand.
In the past, many locals lived underground. Beneath the baroque palazzo there are 23 secret chambers and a network of olive mills.
