Olives’ Best Dishes & Pickles

When winter comes, almost everyone makes different kinds of pickles with olives. Again, many people use olives to bring a different taste in cooking. Let’s learn a few terms quickly.

Olives with vegetables and fish:

Ingredients: 1 kg chicken meat (cut into pieces), olives 7-8 tbsp, half a cup of chopped onion, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp cumin powder, coriander 1 teaspoon of powder, cardamom-cinnamon-bay leaves a few times, according to the amount of salt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of panchforan bata, 1 tea of ​​mustard paste- Spoon

Ingredients: 2 cups boiled in olive water, one and a half tablespoon of mustard oil, 1 bay leaf, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander paste, half a teaspoon of chilli powder, salt to taste, 3 tablespoons of sugar, ginger- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, half a teaspoon of panchforan bata, 1 teaspoon of panchforan.

Method: Fry bay leaves and panchforan in oil and remove all spices. Add boiled olives and sugar. Now take it down after stirring for a while.
