Folic acid is a type of vitamin B complex that plays a key role in the formation of red blood cells. Green vegetables are high in folic acid. To increase the amount of folic acid in the blood, bananas, nuts, broccoli, chicken liver should be eaten.
Apple cures various diseases of the body. In addition to iron, it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Drinking half a cup of apple juice at least twice a day will maintain the iron balance in the body. Pomegranate is also quite useful. In addition to iron, it contains calcium, fiber and protein.
People with low hemoglobin should avoid tea, coffee, soft drinks and drugs.
In addition to a balanced diet, regular exercise is very important. This increases the body’s need for oxygen. Then much more hemoglobin is made.
