Jennifer has two wombs where she conceived two babies at the same time and gave birth of twins.
After being pregnant, she found that she is of rare pregnancy and has two child in her two wombs. Each of her uterus received an egg separately and fertilized at the same time. This is remarkable, as during ovulation the egg released same time in two different tube and fertilization occur also same time which could have occur in three or two days before or after. Jennifer Ashwood’s womb was heart-shaped. At Jennifer’s request, the doctors took a picture of her heart shaped uterus.
31 year’s old, Jennifer Ashwood, gave birth of Poppy and Piran in 34 weeks. The Andrew House and Jennifer Ashwood’s twins were likely to be born once in a 500 million in number. In December 2017, they get informed about the twins. Later on January 2018, the couple knows the abnormalities of the pregnancy. Then in February doctors told that she has two uterus, each of those containing one child separately. She has no complications during her pregnancy but had risk of preterm birth and miscarriage.
The couple have eight-year-old, Mili, where the two new family members has been added. However, Jennifer first time pregnancy is very different than this second one. Jennifer able to go home after five days of giving birth the babies. The children were kept in the hospital for two weeks.
