Always try to maintain healthy diet and regular exercise. Eat plenty of water, fresh fruits, vegetables, avoid excess sugar and carbohydrates to stay completely hydrated.
Sound sleep
Maintain sound sleep in your everyday routine. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hour in a day. During sleep human growth hormone start to produce and stress hormone become decreased. Lack of sleep increase stress hormone in body which emphasize acne breakout, dull look, ageing and make worse existing skin problems. A sound sleep in night can make your left hours of a day breezy. After working long hour in a day we get tired and deep sleep energize and restore our body parts and also skin get recovered and restore daily damage. Try to make a good environment when you are sleeping. Neat and clean bed, comfortable cloth with your favorite aroma in surrounding make your sleep fresh and deep. Take light meal and drink little water before sleep. Clean your face with light face wash, make yourself fresh and take comfortable pillow and bed sheet for your bed. Apply your favorite cream on your clean face before sleep. It is proven that any type of skin cream work better in night rather than any times of a day because when you are sleeping your growth hormones get relax time to work for itself.
Drink water
Drink plenty of water so that your body can function well. Take at least 8 to 12 glass or 2 to 3 liters of water in a day. Carry water with yourself when you are outside. By drinking water you can keep your skin hydrated, acne free and tighten. Every time you are drinking water your body toxins are getting out with water. Drinking water circulate nutrients of your body well, improve digestion and maintain body temperature which ultimately reflecting in your skin by glowing. Change drinking water as your habit.
Exercise
Exercise is very important for your whole body functions which ultimately reflects in your skin. Regular exercise keep your skin nourish and healthy by increasing blood flow. Exercise also decrease stress which finally reduce acne from skin. From research it has been found that regular exercise make skin rejuvenate and also avoid skin ageing and wrinkles.
Manage stress
If you are in stress then it reflects in your face by giving a dull look. If you want a pimple free and younger skin then keep smile in your face. Do not loose hope anytime and keep smiling even you are in stress. From my view yesterday is not getting back in your life, today is always a best day and tomorrow is a hope. So when you are in stress that is going to make a bad effect on your entire cycle of your body. If you are in stress take deep breath, listen your favorite songs, search for funny videos or movies, do some gardening, go outside for shopping or longer trip, share your feelings with your friends or closer one also you can visit beauty parlors for pampering yourself. Do what ever make you smile and happy. People who remain smiley or try to be happy holds a good health rather than others.
Take fruits
Your stomach and skin have a deep relation with each other. If you are in love with oily and rich foods then your skin have a chance to get older early. Try to take seasonal fruits every day. From a research it has been found that if you take at least 1 spoon olive oil and 1 tomato everyday then you have no chance to get older early. Fresh fruits keep your skin and body juicy. Your stomach get relax and fresh by getting fruits crumbs. Fruits not only keep your skin rejuvenate but also make yourself younger by losing overweight.
Avoid sun exposure
Sun ultraviolet ray is bad for skin always and make unlimited loss of skin. If you are going outside in a sunny day then try to wear sunscreen 30 SPF or more for skin protection or use umbrella or cover your face by scarf or at least by hand but do not expose your skin to sun. When you sweat at outside, your skin pores get open and become clogged with dirt and bacteria which cause acne breakout and by wearing sunscreen you can avoid pore opening. Sun damage increase melanin in skin which loss the natural beauty, wrinkles appear in early age, acne break out and so on.
