Is It Good or Bad to Work Out Every Day?

Young people go to the gym to look after their health or to build their body. Gym can be done at any time of the day as per one’s convenience. But do you know if you go to the gym every day then the risk of death may increases!

The risk of heart disease is increasing day by day. However, after the recent deaths of Indian stars Puneet Rajkumar, Siddharth Shukla and Chiranjeevi Sarja from a heart attack, many questions have started to arise about gym.

In fact, everyone knows about the benefits of the gym. However, doing gym does not mean that you have to work hard. Experts say gym has its ups and downs. It all depends on how you do it.

Doctors say that 20 to 25 years ago, people aged 30 and under had very few heart attack problems. But lately this kind of problem has been increasing. So they are advising not to do extra exercise.

According to their advice, do a warm up for 5 to 10 minutes, exercise for 20 to 30 minutes, cool the body for 5 to 10 minutes.

They say that in order to lose weight, it is necessary to diet and exercise with the mind, but that is to say, to gain extra weight from the beginning, one should not do too much dumbbell exercise. First free hand, do more stretching.

Doctors also say that if you feel pain in the left side of the chest and in the joints while exercising, do not ignore it. Especially if the family has a history of heart attack, they should be more careful, they say.
