Materials

500 grams of mutton, 50 grams of sour curd, 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 3 pieces of bay leaves, 6 teaspoons of coriander, 6 teaspoons of cumin seeds, 6 teaspoons of poppy seeds, 4 teaspoons of mustard seeds, 4 teaspoons of turmeric seeds. , 1 teaspoon of dried chilli paste, salt to taste, amount of mustard oil

Method
Marinate the mutton with one tablespoon of oil, turmeric and sour curd and leave it for at least 2 hours.

At the beginning of cooking, heat oil in a pan and first add bay leaves, fried meat. Reduce the heat completely and keep the meat covered.

When the oil comes out of the water, add all the bata spices except garam masala. When the meat is soft, increase the heat with salt and 2 cups of hot water and boil for 5 to 6 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large bowl with hot spice paste and mix in the meat broth and press immediately.

Serve with decoration.
