How to block an account on Twitter.
Many tweets (messages on Twitter) from people known or unknown can be seen even if not followed on Twitter. Due to these messages many times one has to face embarrassing situations. However, by using Twitter’s block option, you can block the account of any known or unknown person to prevent unwanted tweets. However, once a person’s account is blocked on Twitter, that account cannot be followed.
Let’s take a look at how to block an account on Twitter—
To block an account, first enter the Twitter app and access the profile of the account to be blocked. Then tap on the three dot menu on the top right side of the account profile. Now select the block option and select block to confirm, the account will be blocked. After blocking a Twitter account, even if you log into that account, no tweets will be visible.
Blocked accounts can be unblocked at will. To unblock an account, first go to the account profile and click on the red dotted blocked tab on the right side. Then select the unblock option in the popup that appears to re-view the tweets of the blocked account.
