Food helps us to maintain our body functions well. We take food for live but do you know that foods can also move you towards death! It is immensely needed to maintain a well regular balanced diet. Some diseases like obesity, heart diseases, kidney dysfunction, arthritis, strokes, diabetes and sometimes cancers occur due to biological dysfunction while foods are mostly responsible for these dysfunctional.
Excessive oily and fatty foods
It is true that oils make food tastier but it is also true that oily foods are responsible for increasing your body fats and cholesterol level. Obesity, stroke and different types of heart diseases is responsible for these kinds of foods. Keep aside to take these foods in excessive amount. Fatty foods can also create excessive gas and make you feel less comforted. During preparation of food always use as small amount of cooking oil and also try to eat less amount of fats and oil based food like cream, mayonnaise, butter, margarine, lard. Foods that rich in fat and high cholesterol are beef, lamb, organ meats, poultry fat, egg yolk, milk, buttermilk etc.
Fast foods or junk foods
Fast foods always makes us greedy while may be the delicious taste attract us always. It is okay if you take these foods occasionally but do not place these foods in your daily routine. Fast foods contains high amount of calories or energy but are not rich in other nutrition. Junk foods always remains highly processed and cooked and contains unhealthy carbohydrates, fats and sometimes harmful chemicals.
Sugary drinks
Sugary beverages may give a person peace for a while due to its sweet taste and cold touch but these are highly harmful for health. These types of beverages are high in sugar and calories and increase the risk of cancer and heart diseases.
Excessive salt
Excessive salt is highly harmful for health especially for your kidney, heart and brain which results kidney and heart diseases and high blood pressure. The function of kidney is to suck excessive fluid but presence of extra salt increase its works several times and reduce its ability to work with time.
Fruit juice
Fruit juice is also harmful for health as like as sugary drinks. Drinking fruit juice in plenty amount can harm your health badly as the juice contains high amount of sugar and able to make you more fatty.
