Eat balanced food for healthy life

Food energize us to work, develop our body cells, protect our body from infection, maintain well balanced digestion and run our necessary body functions. We survive, we work and we beg for food.

Food choices vary from person to person and also from country to country. Foods varies in categories like fruits, vegetables, fast food, culinary items, street food, oily food and drinks and so on. Some foods may help you to live for longer time or some may can push towards death slowly where some foods are needed for living your daily life.
 
In fact food nutrition act as foundation which fill out your body demands. If delicious foods remains before you then it is really tough to control tongue to take taste in spite of whatever your health conditions. If our whole life can divide into four stages like early, growing, mid and elder stage then there should have some mandatory food taking rules. But a common rule in your whole stage of life is to take optimum and healthy food because you may fall in sick for irregular food intake.
 
Energy and protein are basics to live your life healthy. Staple foods varies from country to country and covers a major part of our daily meal. Staple foods such as wheat, rice, maize, barely contains a higher amount of energy and also some protein that you should take with your meal but this is not enough to meet your nutrient demand. You should take supplementary foods with staple foods like legumes or animal products or vegetables.
May be you have decided to diet regularly for losing weight or reducing extra fat. But you should keep in mind always that dieting doesn’t mean to avoid fat, oily and sugary foods completely. These food provide lots of energy and despite of your regular dieting you should take small amounts to energize your body. Take fruits every day to give your body fresh enriched vitamins and minerals which will help you strengthen the immune system and protect from infection. Finally you should eat plenty of water daily which helps to remove toxins from your body and fill your body with water which you have lost by working or dehydration. Stay fresh, stay healthy.
