Both trains run non-stop between Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar except for two short halts:

On the return trip, Parjatak Express (815) reaches Chattogram at about 10:50 PM, leaves at about 11:30 PM and passes Biman Bandar at about 3:50 AM. Cox’s Bazar Express (813) passes Biman Bandar at about 8:30 PM. The route uses the Tongi to Bhairab, Akhaura to Laksam and Chattogram to Cox’s Bazar lines, so the train goes around Dhaka and enters Chattogram from the north. Passengers can board at Biman Bandar to save the trip to Kamalapur, but the halt is only a few minutes.
