How to do
—Sit on Carpet.
—Place one hand on top of the other hand.

—Breathing will be slow.
— Stay like this for 10-30 seconds as much as you can.
—Do 3 to 5 times.

Dhanurasana
How to do Dhanurasana

— Grasp the top of both feet with both hands.
— To inhale, raise both the knees and thighs, keeping the arms straight. At the same time, lift the chest, neck and head upwards.
—The part around the navel and abdomen will stick to the ground and the rest of the body will be above.
— Keep breathing normal while sitting.
— After 10 to 30 seconds, exhale and come down from the seat.
— Do 3 to 5 times.
