-Take one table spoon cumin and honey and one slice lemon.
-Take one glass warm water and mix the cumin with water.
-Wait a little until the water temperature reach at consumption level.
-After that mix the lemon juice and honey with the water.
-Now drink the mixture and try to keep continue drinking this mixture at everyday morning.
