Take a light exercise in fresh air for few minutes
You should have a very busy day but do not forget to give some time to yourself. When you wake up at the morning, you need to give your body a rhythm, a deep breath in fresh air and a calm mind. You can do yoga or some simple exercise for refreshing you.
Keep prepare your plan at previous night
For a stress free morning you need a stress free sleep. Try to complete your all necessary work before sleep. Give charge to your phone, keep ready your back pack and clothes for next day work. Do not think too much about anything. If you feel tensed about anything then give a call to your closer one and share your tensions. Try to make a comfortable environment for sleep. When you wake up at morning you should feel yourself relax with new enthusiasm.
Do not think much about breakfast
If you start to panic for breakfast at morning then your morning going to be messed up. Relax and make simple breakfast for you. You may have kids and family then you should have to plan accordingly.
Do not hurry to go for work
If you get short time to get ready at morning then you should try to go for sleep early. Try to manage some time for you at morning. The time is important for your whole day planning. Due to hurry you may miss any important things which gonna mess up your day.
Listen song and make a fresh mood
Fresh yourself, take a cup of of tea, wear comfortable dress and shoes and carry a book to read on the way of your journey. When you are getting ready, you can play your favorite music to make your day.
