3) Obesity:

Excess weight increases the risk of heart problems. Excess body weight increases bad cholesterol and lowers good cholesterol levels, according to a study by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Obesity can also increase the risk of heart disease.

Symptoms of heart disease

1) Chest pain and discomfort.

2) Difficulty breathing.

3) Pain and discomfort in the upper part of the body including back, neck, abdomen.

4) Sweating, mild headache.
