Calcium health benefits and needs in diet

Naturally human body remains fit and strong in early stages of life. It is preferable to take growth promoting and energetic foods between the age of 20 to 25 years. However, after this stage of life you should keep yourself fit for work by maintaining regular diet. Calcium such kind of nutrient that you need regularly to avoid problems with age. Our body parts do work whole day with us for this reason it is essential to take care of them as we take care our outer parts. Different parts of body demands different nutrient.

Calcium is one of the basic needs for our bones and teeth well maintenance. Our bones may remain energetic in early stages of life but that is not going to remain same at our whole stages of life. We need to maintain your bones strengthen by giving nutrition timely otherwise a difficult life can be face with age. A very common pains in knee joints or waist occurs mainly due to lack of calcium. Our bone joints get weaker with age and bone diseases develop to show. To avoid these problems it is necessary to take calcium regularly. 
Take at least one glass of milk before going to bed. It is recommended to take slight warm milk before sleep rather than normal or high temperature milk which enables your digestion better as well. Dairy products like cheese, butter and yogurt contain high amount of calcium. Other products such as bean, seed, nut, sea food, leafy vegetable like broccoli, lettuce, Kale and fruits like oranges, dates, Kiwi, dried figs contains rich calcium. Therefore, maintain a healthier life and try to take calcium enriched food regularly.
